Basket of fruit ordered for Mother's Day did not arrive, but in actual fact, that wasn't the real issue.
When you e-mail to tell the company that the order did not materialise, your mail bounces back with an automated link to the website. You are then asked to tick a statement. Takes a while, because some of the questions take you round in circles. Finally, you arrive at a form, which you must complete. You cannot, because there is a company logo carefully positioned right over one of the boxes to be completed. Even if you do manage to fill all the boxes with the requisite information, try clicking on send at the bottom! It doesn't work.... and I even wrote a letter which I managed to attach as a separate file.
So on to the phone. I called five times, and actually managed to get through on the fifth attempt. You hang on for 2-3 minutes before being cut off, of course. Took me most of the morning to get through. Felt sorry for the lassie answering the phone.
Finally, I suspect that this company might be passing on details to other parties, because directly after I had sent a couple of e-mails, I recieved spam from elsewhere. Could have been a coincidence, of course, but one has to wonder.
We will see if I get a refund. I will never use this company again, and I was stupid to do so in the first place.
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
