Mother's Day 2018 - and no flowers delivered
11 March 2018
Reviewer: Hmg from UK

55 of 107 people found this review helpful

I ordered a bouquet early on Friday 9th March to be delivered Saturday 10th March - it is now after 5pm on Sunday 11th March (Mother's Day) and my mum does not have her flowers.
This should be a zero star rating because I can't judge the quality or value for money as we don't have the flowers - and delivery cost and efficiency is minus stars!
Iflorist you messed up - thanks. Please refund me fast. I won't be using your services again or recommending you.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Did not deliver flowers
14 February 2018
Reviewer: Mel from London

The flowers were not delivered. I called and asked why, and they said the receiver had changed the date. This is not true, I ordered the flowers for personal use, and I never changed anything about that order! So they wanted to then deliver them the next day, but they were simply not delivered. It was an absolute nightmare to deal with them. I was about 1.5h on the phone with them, including about 45 minutes of being on hold. Then they said they will deliver them the next day (so 2 days late in total) and I said that by then I do not need them anymore, I needed them now. SO they agreed to delivering them on that they. However, after I hung up on the phone, I received an email from them saying they cancelled the delivery altogether now and were not delivering the flowers at all.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Worst online experience i've ever had!!

Reviewer: Ella from London

I ordered what looked like a lovely (but expensive) bunch of flowers for a funeral of a relative that I couldn't go to in France. I was offered a delivery date that was two days before the funeral which seemed safe enough. The flowers never arrived. I was given absolutely no indication that the flowers may not arrive on time nor was there any possibility of tracking my order. I only found that out they'd never arrived from my boyfriend who was over there. I was super embarrased and immediately sought to find out what had gone wrong. I asked for an explanation and partial refund but pleaded with them not to cancel my order, I still needed the flowers to be sent. Their reply was literally as though they had understood the opposite of my query. "We have cancelled and refunded my order as per your request", the only explanation being that their website had had a glitch in it when I placed my order. I got a little angry I must admit, asking that the flowers still get delivered and demanding regular updates on the situation this time! Again, a one sentence reply, "We can see that your... Disgusted and disappointed at the service provided

Ordered and paid for 3 bunches of red roses 1 x bunch of 12 and 2 x bunch of 24 making 60 red roses in total. Order date was the 26/08/2015 for delivery on the 28/8/2015 as my Wife's birthday and our anniversary was at the weekend this year. I was conveniently out when the flowers arrived but my wife was so grateful that I had spent so much money on her Birthday and our Anniversary that it seemed worthwhile.
Imagine our dismay when the very next day, one half of a bunch of 24 roses and the complete bunch of 12 roses were limp and withered. I immediately emailed iflowers and told them of my disappointment, the first communication from me being on the 29/08/2015
The next day the other bunch of 24 roses started to wither and I took photos of three vases of withered and limp green matter! By Monday the 31/08/2015, (one day after our 40th Anniversary) the flowers were all dead. I have a series of photographs detailing the state but could not send the photos as the message was too large. I did manage to send one photo in the end.
Iflowers were not quick... (Read the full review)

Worst customer service ever!

My neighbour, who'd been really helpful to me, had a fall and injured her back so I sent her some flowers and a message to say get well soon. They never arrived but I didn't realize this so my neighbour just thought I didn't care. iflorist said it was due to a backlog of orders from Christmas even though I placed my order on 8 Jan! 5 months later and I am still waiting for a 50% refund that I was promised... They don't seem remotely embarrassed by this (lack of) service.

Flowers never arrived but have still been charged

Unbelievably, having read the reviews here, I have had a good experience with iFlorist in the past. However, this Mother's Day has been a bit of a disaster. I ordered a few days in advance of Sunday and everything seemed to go through ok once I'd checked my order online.
There was no sign of the flowers during the day so I used their online message system to ask about the delivery. They answered relatively quickly saying the order will arrive by 5pm. No such luck. I messaged them again saying there was no sign of anything and they replied telling me they would look into it and be in touch (I also got a confirmation e-mail about my order that night even though it looked like it had been accepted on their website days before..).
I am yet to receive any reply or have the flowers actually delivered - It's nearly a week later.
I have sent another message asking what is going on, what compensation I am going to receive and have seen that my account has been debited for the amount of the flowers.
Have also tried calling directly, but good luck to anyone getting hold of their customer service line,... (Read the full review)

Iflorist-awful

Basket of fruit ordered for Mother's Day did not arrive, but in actual fact, that wasn't the real issue.

When you e-mail to tell the company that the order did not materialise, your mail bounces back with an automated link to the website. You are then asked to tick a statement. Takes a while, because some of the questions take you round in circles. Finally, you arrive at a form, which you must complete. You cannot, because there is a company logo carefully positioned right over one of the boxes to be completed. Even if you do manage to fill all the boxes with the requisite information, try clicking on send at the bottom! It doesn't work.... and I even wrote a letter which I managed to attach as a separate file.

So on to the phone. I called five times, and actually managed to get through on the fifth attempt. You hang on for 2-3 minutes before being cut off, of course. Took me most of the morning to get through. Felt sorry for the lassie answering the phone.

Finally, I suspect that this company might be passing on details to other parties, because directly after I had sent a couple of... (Read the full review)

Mother's day present, not mother's night present!!!
17 March 2015
Reviewer: Manue from UK

We ordered a lovely basket of flowers for my mother-in-law as we couldn't be with her that day. While I do not expect the flowers to arrive at 8am as I know I am not the only customer, I was actually hoping for the flowers to arrive during the day. The link supposedy tracking the flowers was not working, there was no phone number to call. As we wanted to keep the surprise until the flowers arrived, we didn't say anything (bad move). The flowers arrived at 8pm with the poor excuse that they had tried to deliver from the morning. Apparently, they didn't find the house easily as the address wasn't complete...it was complete on confirmation invoice sent to me by email!!! I can see when I read the other reviews that I should count my blessings as I least I received the flowers...Their respond to my email to them (just stating the obvious and being sarcastic) was: "don't complain, at least you have got them on mother's day". I quote their unhelpful reply "Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us, Your order was delivered on Mother's day. Kindest Regards Iflorist". That's an apology??? Never mind!!!

Dead flowers received on Mother's Day
16 March 2015
Reviewer: Disappointed Mother's Day Mum from Uk

105 of 251 people found this review helpful

Mother's Day (rose and lily bouquet -large ) ordered for me by my daughter. Box arrived on the day but contained a tiny bunch of dead flowers. I checked on I florist website to check what the original ordered bouquet should have contained and there was a marked difference in what I had received. There were 2 roses of which one stem had been removed!!! 3 gerberas and some tiny daisies most of these flowers were already dead or dying. The charge for this order had been £40 without the delivery charge so I think a call to trading standards is the next step for this fraudulent company. As noted in other reviews, a £5 voucher for a future order with them has been offered but who in their right minds would? This company deserves NO Stars.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.

Flowers did not arrive. AVOID.

Reviewer: Chris Tolworthy from Scotland

Add me to the list of angry customers. They promised delivery on Mothers day (Sunday). I am writing this on Monday afternoon, and no flowers. Now that I have Googled their other reviews I see I am not alone.

In contrast, I also used a well known postal flowers company as a backup (I won't give the name as this might look like spam) and they gave excellent service. And were half the price.

In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
