It seems that i am not the only person to have had a bad experience with these people who absolutely refuse to provide a refund.

Poor quality flowers, very poor delivery and DREADFUL customer service

DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE!!

In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.

Agree with previous reviews. Late delivery (3 days upto now), poor customer service, refusal of refund. Cannot comment on quality as the flowers are still sat in a depo and have still not arrived!

This review site asks you to give both good points and bad points, but unfortunately there were no good points.

Ordered £40 of flowers to arrive today (Sat 9th March) so that I could give them to my mum early on Mother's Day. 9.30pm no flowers. Tried to find a number to ring but the only ones on the website are not real numbers and do not ring. Emailed a polite complaint instead, saying my flowers had not arrived but if they arrived early tomorrow morning I would not mind too much.

They wrote back and said due to high demand this weekend the flowers would not be able to be delivered until Monday, the day after Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers a week ago because I knew it would be a busy weekend, why they did not forsee this and employ some extra staff I have no idea, particularly after the same thing happened at Valentine's Day ( http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/shopping/2012/02/last-minute-flowers-cancellations-see-lovers-let-down-by-serenata-on-valentines-day ).

I then sent a very angry email and got another reply saying it would now actually be Tuesday at the earliest because the flowers I had ordered were "not Mother's Day flowers". I now have nothing to give... (Read the full review)

THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Similar experience all of the other reviews, £62.00 worth of non-existent flowers!!!! Never delivered, customer service does not exist, they have even removed their telephone number from the site so you can't call them. If your order goes wrong you will not get your money back!!! AVOID like the plague!!!

The worst florist I have EVER used! Not only did they fail to send the flowers I had ordered. They admitted I was sent a confirmation by error.. Their error, and then refused to send my flowers ( by now 2 days late) unless I paid them a £7.99 next day delivery charge. I had ordered the flowers on Monday to be delivered Wednesday originally. I called them on Thursday to ask why they hadn't been delivered and then tried to charge me extra to have the flowers delivered for FRIDAY despite their error! They didn't tell me they weren't delivering the flowers, or email to say there was an issue. They point blank refused to help me. I wrote to customer service and their md and haven't even received an apology. They are a shambles, unprofessional and their "customer service" would be laughable if it wasn't quite so rude! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the bunch shown on the website and were of poor quality. Although the care instructions were followed the buds failed to open and within days were wilting and turning brown.The website promises a full refund or a replacement bunch of flowers, but after filling in the form on their contact page you only receive a link to an unobtainable web page. I wrote a comment on their facebook page which was removed and I am now 'blocked'. I am reporting this company to Trading Standards and hope the many other people who have been misled by this company also do this.

DO NOT USE! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I ordered a nice big bunch of flowers for my mum's 87th Birthday as a big surprise but no flowers arrived. Now they say (by website only, you can't email or ring them so you're stuffed if you haven't got full access to the internet afterwards-you need a/c no.s, passwords, everything provided uses ones and cap is, zeros and cap os, so you can't get in.) They now say I ordered for a week later! Like I don't know the date 12.12.12! Terrible website, terrible customer service, quick to take your money but then they let you down all the way! Avoid like the plague! I HATE THIS COMPANY!

Worst company I have ever come across. Flowers weren't delivered (even though I got an email saying they were), slow responses, horrendous customer service and still no refund or flowers a week later. DON'T GIVE THEM A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY.
