Having returned home from Paris in July after visiting a friend, I ordered flowers to her office to say thank you. They were to be delivered on a Thursday, but didn't until the following Monday.
I sent emails on 2 occasions to ask for an explanation, and received nothing until last Thursday - 10 weeks after the order was placed and paid for.
On Thursday I had an email to confirm that an issue had been logged! Today Monday I received an email with a £5 voucher towards my next order. Which won't be happening.
I have refused their insincere apology which they blamed on "technical difficulties"
