This cost me over £60 with delivery and when it came it was a lot smaller than I expected....the balloon was real cheap and completely spoilt the presentation of the items. Next could improve this without too much difficulty. I would use them again as they delivered on time but I wouldn't go for a special gift because of the disappointment factor.

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

I had these flowers sent to me as a birthday gift. There were white roses and alstromeria. (spelling?!)Included was a box of chocolates. the chocs were not secured in any way so they had been free to rattle around against the flowers. The roses were damaged and the alstro looked half dead. All were limp and wilted.
I e mailed customer support and had a reply within an hour or so apologising and offering me a replacement which is supposed to be delivered today.

Cant fault their response at all, remains to be seen what the new flowers look like!

I had the originals on Tuesday - they are all dead today (Friday)

Out of curiosity I have just looked on the website to see how they show them in the advert and cant see anything similar at all. The ones with chocolates seem to have wine too and I didn't have any. Wonder if the postman stopped off to drink it?!

The best flowers I have had were from M&S. Pricey but worth every penny. I'd never use Next for flowers.

After choosing from the beautiful collection of flowers i was very excited about sending them.I could not believe how they looked 2 days later when i went to see them. They honestly looked 2 weeks old, wilting, drooping, browning on the edges and petals falling off!! I was really shocked at what i had payed £36.00 for, would not have liked to see the standard size. Really poor quality and needless to say will not ever be buying flowers from next again!!

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

I ordered these flowers to be delivered today for my friends60th. Having not heard from her by late p.m I rang Next and was told that no van was available today and thus the flowers would be delivered Monday. No apology and no attempt to contact me re changes.

I ordered flowers from next for my mum for last Mothers Day 10 days in advance. 11 am on Mothers Day Next called me to say my flowers would not be delivered as they had been sent to the wrong warehouse. They then offered to send another order which would arrive on the Tuesday free of charge. As I have no siblings, this would mean my mum would not receive any flowers on Mothers Day & I live 150 miles away, I accepted their offer as to order elsewhere would be too late anyway. My mum received her dead flowers on the Tuesday, next billed me the full amount, when I phoned I was told the delivery charge was free buy I still had to pay for the flowers. I phoned twice more to complain but to no avail. I have not shopped at Next since, I closed my online account & will warn anyone who will listen their Customer service stinks & they do not care. And I'm annoyed I had to award them 1 star or my post would not be seen!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

I ordered via my Next account a bouquet to be delivered 3 days later on the friday from her small grandsons to my mother in law after her husband had died suddenly.

The day of delivery came and went and my husband who was in on the surprise was at the house and said none had arrived. Nothing on the saturday morning either.
I called next customers services who offered no apologies and just said it was being loaded onto the van for delivery as I was speaking!!!!! this was saturday afternoon!!!

The flowers arrived...my husband sent me a photo. The bouquet was pretty but had obviously been sitting there in the warehouse as flowers were bone dry and no water in the vase they were delivered in (and paid for!!)

I am a nurse and have told my patients not to bother with Next flowers....will use Tesco next time as far superior service......and I hate Tesco!!!!!

In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.

I ordered a Rose and Glittered berry bouquet with chocolates as a thankyou. It cost £22. I ordered the flowers from NEXT to be delivered to me as I thought this would save me time, I was sadly mistaken!! When they arrived I was appalled at the standard of the bouquet. There were 13 cream roses with 4 sprigs of berries with glitter on. The roses were limp, the petals had started to brown and the leaves had black spots on them. They were wrapped in a crumpled piece of tissue paper which looked like it had been used before and the card was cheap and nasty and wasn't even folded properly. I was horrified as I had used Next Flowers before and I am now wondering about the standard of flowers that were sent as I sent them direct to friends etc. I ended up going to my local supermarket and buying 2 bunches of roses (24 roses in total) and putting together a bouquet myself which cost me the total of £15 and it looked far superior to the one sent from NEXT. My valentines flowers arrived in time, but i didnt think much of them to the point i asked my husband how much they were. I couldnt believe it when he told me it was the £48 bunch! I thought they were worth about £25 and that was because i know they add to the price of flowers on valentines.

The photos they show online are very different to what you actually get. I have been buying from next for mothers day and birthdays for my mum and this will be the last time (she lives 500 miles away so i dont get to see them).

One of the roses.... the petals are coming away. The box was all soggy where the water had leaked out of the flowers and the box lid had sunk down and was leaning on the flowers on arrival.

I am 45 years old and i have had flowers on Valentines near on every year since my 20's and i can honestly say this is the worst bunch i have ever had. When my husband called to complain they just told him to cut the ends of the stalks off and put in water and wait... (Read the full review)

Let down on Valentines Day 2012 - called me 1pm on 14th to offer me a refund or delivery of the flowers the next day. In the circumstances I declined - I should at the very least receive a refund and the flowers be delivered to my wife the next day anyway.

This is a premium rate price with a very substandard service when things go wrong. I was told I should try Interflora as they can deliver the same day. On Valentines Day.......I don't think so! Michelle - I know your only doing your job - but why are you working for a company that put you in that position without anything to offer a customer to try to make them at least feel a bit better about the situation rather than totally let down?

There wasn't a supervisor I could talk to, there wasn't a name of anyone that could specifically talk to me to discuss further - all I could do is email a generic customer services address.
