Disastrous bouquet sent me for my seventieth birthday. Contacted M&S but could not replace that same day. Contacted local M&S in Elgin Moray and the management arranged a beautiful bouquet from a local florists which I was to collect from the store later that day. I cannot thank them enough for providing alternative flowers meant for my seventieth birthday.

Poor show from M&S delivered flowers. Do not order flowers from this source. Go to Flying Flowers first. At least you will receive flowers devoid of near death leaves, torn Cala lilie, greenery split . I was so embarrassed at having to tell sender what happened.

I would suggest a serious review of the company you use. I am more than sure that there are companies in Scotland who could provide a far superior provision of flowers which would arrive on special days looking fresh and not ready for the bin.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

My Boss had arranged flowers to arrive two days after I got home from brain surgery as a lovely surprise, being a surprise (when they did not turn up) I was asked a week later 'how were the flowers' I was shocked and embarrassed as I always like to acknowledge gifts. My boss notified M & S who then said they would send then on the next day (Saturday - 1 week & day later), no show, told it would be Monday, nothing, then Wednesday nothing, I was getting more & more embarrassed for my boss I stopped reporting to her. It is now 21 days (- 3 weeks) since I should have received that lovely surprise from someone who cared how I was feeling after a major operation. I think this is a disgrace and having just read your reviews - a big con.

I do not agree with being told that I have to have at least 1 star rating in each category when I do not agree with the service.

In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.

A next day delivery of flowers took 3 attempts, nine days and phone calls and emails to make happen. Courier took 48hrs to inform M&S of non-delivery and a further 24hr by M&S to process a 2nd request. They seem unable to intervene and do anything urgently. The second failure was due to 'water damage' (ironic!) 3rd attempt due on a Saturday to business premises so no one there Monday planned by M&S but its a Bank Holiday so following day jokingly (I assume) called MY nominated day. An embarrassing and hugely frustrating experience. I got a full refund after the first failed attempt and the offer of a £10 account credit for the second failure (I rejected this as derisory) and nothing for the third attempt. This just about says it all really. To cap it all I was unable to leave a review on their 'review page' because my comments were not about the flowers but about the delivery service. M&S have, I presume had so many complaints that they have narrowed the review to be about something the customer hasn't seen and can have no way of judging objectively. DO NOT TOUCH!!!!

I ordered an expenisve bunch of flowers for my eldery Aunt to recieve on her special birthday. (The flowers were ordered 4 days prior by the way!)They were due to be delivered on Thursday, received an email on wednesday night to say they have been dispactched and will arrive between 7.30am and 9pm? but low and be hold on thursday i recieved another email at 4:45 to say that they will not be making the delivery till Friday!!

Absolute joke my poor aunt thought i had forgotten about her!!it was extremely embrassing and in the end i had to tell her i ordered her flowers but they will not arrive in time!!

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mum for Mother's Day on the Sunday itself. They never arrived.

M&S deliver their flowers by courier, and even when it works they would spend 24 hours with the courier company.

Delivery time quoted when you place the order, (in the small print after paying) is up to 9pm at night.

Their non-delivery of the flowers caused me acute embarrassment. Their customer service was lousy too. Quoted half an hour wait time on the phones. Eventually found the relevant webform, and they just refunded my credit card with barely an apology.

I would not recommend them to anyone.
