Just a week back I received some lovely flowers from friends.
I have never before been so impressed with flowers I have received by post, they did look unhappy when I opened the box (due to hot weather) but, I followed the instructions enclosed with them and within a very short time they looked lovely, still are over a week later.
I will definitely buy now from Bloom & Wild, one very satisfied customer !

In summary, I would recommend Bloom & Wild to a friend.

Received the Summer rose garden yesterday. It arrived as a flat cardboard package, beautifully intact with a ribbon securing the contents. I wish other companies were as caring and respectful towards living plants as Bloom and Wild.

In the past I have received letterbox flowers from two other online companies and on arrival the box has been bent. Even worst the content has dried so much the flowers must of been pass their best before packaging, yet alone despatch.

Definitely can not praise this company enough. 6 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I received my 1st order as a gift from my son in australia.

i must confess that i was sceptical when the first delivery arrived that the flowers would recover and last, i can only say that within a day the flowers were an absolute treat and lasted for the best part of 3 weeks.

subsequent deliveries were also first class and the variety was excellent. i am sorry that the order has come to an end but would reccomend your service to anyone.

In summary, I would recommend Bloom & Wild to a friend.

Having sent flowers to my sister as a surprise for her birthday. They arrived in very poor condition. She phoned me to let me know. On contacting the Bloom and Wild 'Customer Delight Team' they promptly referred me to a website giving advice on how to look after flowers! I told them that they had misunderstood the nature of my complaint. They then asked me to phone my sister (again) and ask her to send a photograph of the flowers. These were meant as a surprise on her birthday. Why should I then ask her to take a photograph and send it to them. Two phone calls and five emails later they still seem to disbelieve that there is nothing wrong with their transportation of their product. What was a simple concern about the delivery of a product has quickly become an argument involving their 'Customer Delight team', I have now asked for them to return my payment.

In summary, I would not recommend Bloom & Wild to a friend.
