You look at their website and they appear like any other internet florist. I ordered flowers & chocolates for my mother-in-law on 15 December to be delivered 21 December. Nothing was delivered - the tracking info. just stated 'out for delivery'. I e-mailed them (very conveniently for them you can't call them) - but no response. I heard nothing over Christmas and tried again after Christmas to initiate a 'Live Chat'. Approx. 45 minutes to get nowhere. I was told it was my fault as I'd given them a 'bad address' ... bad because it didn't show up on Google Maps. I told them it was on the Post Office Address Finder website - they grudgingly agreed to try and redeliver. I said I didn't want a bunch of dead flowers redelivered - I wanted my money back. They said this wasn't possible as I'd given them a bad address and it was my responsibility to give them a proper 'good' address. We were going round in circles so I left it to them to redeliver. Still nothing happened so I emailed again. I then got a response from them (no e-mail - I have to go onto their service centre website and see if they've deigned to respond to my 'ticket') only for them to tell me they tried to deliver on 21st, 22nd and 24th December (changed their story now - not a bad address but they couldn't gain access) and it's no point delivering now as the flowers would be dead so if I want to send flowers I'll have to place a new order!!! Surely this is theft!!
In summary, I would not recommend iFlorist to a friend.
