My elderly neighbour sent me flowers for my birthday ~ they arrived a day late . However this just meant I would have more birthday surprises .
Flowers arrived around 4pm ~ they really looked dead , however I put them in water and hoped for the best . I did not have the heart to tell my friend and neighbour that the flowers she had lovingly chosen for me were dead ~ not to mention the expensive. I therefore told her they were lovely , however I phoned Marks and Spencer customer service and told them that I would like an email address to send them pictures of said died flowers.
Pictures will clearly show that these flowers are dead. M & S used to stand for quality, sadly this is no longer true. My son purchased flowers from Asda for me ~ 3 heads were missing from the luxury lilies range of flowers ~ still much better than this bunch of dead shriveled up flowers that are only good for the compost heap.
In summary, I would not recommend Marks and Spencer Flowers to a friend.
