As I work fulltime I didn't get chance to organise some flowers for my 87 year old mother who lives 250 miles away so I went on-line and saw the eflorist advert offering same day delivery so with two days to go to Christmas I ordered a £30 arrangement to go that day. I phoned later that night to find the flowers had not gone so I emailed to complain and was advised that they would go Christmas eve with a free upgrade.... 3pm still no flowers and I went on-line to see an email stating that the flowers could not be delivered at all and they would send flowers in the New Year with a free upgrade!!! I asked for my money back and will never use them again, I was left with no time to do anything about getting some flowers to my Mum and it really spoilt my Christmas and left her disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
