Nothing good to say about this rip off company whatsoever!
Ordered very special flowers for birth of first grandchild (early on Saturday morning). 4.25pm that day received a message to say they hadn't been able to deliver (despite extra charge being paid for such service) and that I should respond immediately if I wanted to proceed and that they would upgrade. Responded requesting a firm delivery date. Received an automated 48 hour response message. Sent another email explaining everything & received yet another 48 hour response message. This was all done before 5.00pm (Sat).
Monday morning received a message from them that they could delivery that day and I should respond. I did so requesting the upgraded flowers to be delivered that day. They did arrive on Monday lunchtime but were'nt even up to the standard of the ones I had paid £75 for, let alone an upgrade. They were supposed to be in 2 rose bowls and there was only one and the flowers were already drooping.
Today (Tues), just spent over an hour with their online chat people who suggested I emailed with a photograph of what was delivered. I sent 2 emails doing so and guess what - yep, yet another 48 hour bog standard response. I demanded they ring me but nothing although they did suggest I looked at other reviews on here. OK, guess what, yes - they're all saying the same thing basically - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I am still waiting for a suitable response from them and meanwhile have contacted my credit card company who are on the case. The final sentance from the chat line lady was wishing me a nice day! (after previously threatening me that she would end the conversation).
I've had 3 dreadfully upsetting and embarrasing days thanks to them. All I can say is that it's perhaps fortunate the flowers weren't required for a funeral!!!!
