I ordered an arrangement for a bereavement.. What I chose online was a white and purple arrangement. I also ordered a large size. What was sent was a white and pink box of flowers with mostly greenery.. It was horrible.. When I questioned eflorist, they have the right to substitute. Well then why the customer choose and arrangement, if they are going to send what they want. They refused to make any adjustment and of course I was totally embarrassed that the customer had to arrange their own flowers. I will never use this company again.. $100.00 down the drain..
In summary, I would not recommend eFlorist to a friend.
