I ordered a bouquet of white flowers to be sent to my Mum and Dad for their 70th Wedding Anniversary a month prior to their day but they did not arrive. My parents are in their nineties and were so disappointed that their flowers didn't arrive, I felt terrible that this had ruined their day. Flowers Direct could'nt have cared less about the disappointment caused to my parents and myself. I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I ordered the flowers. I would give 0 stars if possible
In summary, I would not recommend Flowers Direct to a friend.
