My daughter ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my wife, rang to ask when flowers would be delivered as this was the Saturday and being about 1500 hrs was hoping the flowers would arrive on time, was informed that the flowers would be here before 1900 hrs. You know the rest! Delivered at about 1530 hrs on the Sunday. To say the least I was very unhappy, the young receptionist was kind enough to offer me a refund of £2.99 for my inconvenience, I declined the offer and was then offered a full refund. No contact to explain delivery problems just some receptionist saying the article would be there and leaving it to chance that it would. As she would not deal with me as I wasn't the card holder, when my daughter rang with details she had to fight again for the promised refund. Total lack of interest, poor customer care, no contact with the people contracted to supply and deliver the flowers. A very poor show.
In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.
