This company used to trade from Jersey and were brilliant. Not any more! Beware!
I think they were either brought out, or someone brought the company name, certainly not the same quality or service that I used to get when they were in Jersey. Gone downhill, and then their customer services started digging.
I ordered £40 of Flowers and Chocolates for my wife for Valentine's Day a week in advance, from their Valentines 2014 catalogue. They didn't arrive. If you think (like me) that it is important that the flowers arrive on time, don't bother with this company, they have a very different view.
Contacted customer services, they said they can't guarantee delivery on a particular day, they should arrive the following day, and that was that. No apology, no flowers, nothing. Flowers never arrived the following day, and the romantic gesture is totally lost. If the flowers ever arrive who knows what state they are going to be in, doubt they will look anything like the glossy advertising or the website.
Thankfully, I had brought my wife other things as well, so she wasn't left disappointed. Unless, you want to leave your loved one disappointed don't take the chance, they are certainly not what they used to be! People may joke about forecourt flowers, but at least they would have turned up. Will be buying from a supermarket next time.
Their website is great, very good at helping you part with your money, clearly that is where they have spent all their money!
In summary, I would not recommend Flying Flowers to a friend.
