Ordered an olive tree on 29th October for a colleague whose father passed away suddenly. I received a confirmation and order number on email and thought no more about it. My colleague has not yet returned to work so waited for another colleague to try and bring up the subject of the olive tree, this was on 15 th November only to find out she had not received the tree. I am so disappointed, Next took money from my account on 30th October and had not informed me there was no delivery. I spoke to customer services and they told me there was no tracking found on the order which meant it had not been delivered. Then proceeded to tell me it could not be ordered over the telephone and I could re order myself online, or have my money back, they could not order for me. I told them I did not want my money back, it was not my problem. He said he would ring me back. He did ring back to tell me he could not order it for me as it was not available but I can order something else at a higher value. As the gift was from a number of people at work I could not order there and then as I need to get their opinion and will ring back and order on Monday. I agree customer service chap was polite and apologised but did not seem to understand my frustration.
If the option was there I would have chosen no stars for some of the ratings. I will ring back on Monday, hopefully this chap will have put the info on my file. Will update this to make sure it's sorted, watch this space!
In summary, I would not recommend Next Flowers to a friend.
