Seranata Flowers have a customer service department but it seems they fail time after time at making the customer happy. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on Mothers Day, and later found out that she was visiting my sister for a few weeks. I was able to contact customer service before the flowers were due for delivery, but Ray in customer service refused (via email) to redirect the order or even hold the order until my mother returned home. I followed up by asking for an explanation since there was plenty of time to intercept the order. There was silence from customer service, and the flowers were dispatched to an empty house. It was a waste of 50 pounds and a waste of flowers - thank you for nothing Serenata Flowers!
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
