My experience of service from Serenata has been atrocious. I grudge having to give them any stars apart from for variety and choice - which, in my case, was a joke as bouquet that was delivered was nothing like image on website. Had to prise apology out of Customer Services operative (trainee) who promised supervisor would call me back - he didn't. Attempts to call Customer Services back impossible as number either unobtainable or I was held in queue for lengthy periods with no info on where I was in queue. The promised replacement bouquet never arrived (gave them 7 days to supply this). Apologetic tone and false assurances of all communications with Serenata are clearly disingenuous and I am appalled by their disregard for decent customer service. Serenata has finally agreed to give me refund (verified by Gooogle Checkout)so hopefully this will materialise. All this has taken over 3 1/2 weeks to sort out. I will never use Serenata again and have advised all friends and family likewise.
In summary, I would not recommend Serenata Flowers to a friend.
